Reserve Fund of 2.5 million rupees set up in remote school


Beni (Myagdi), June 19: The Nepali expats living abroad have helped Mahadev Secondary School based at Beg Khola to set up a Reserve Fund of Rs 2.5 million to bankroll crucial expenses as teachers’ allowance and purchase of educational materials.

The Beg Khola expats living in the UK and Hong Kong including other places within Nepal established the Reserve Fund.

At a programme held to honour the various donors, Muktidham Higher Secondary School former Principal, Dut Bahadur Gaburja, and incumbent Principal, Dhan Bahadur Phagami, said the establishment of reserve fund would provide a huge economic backing to the school.
