Kidnapped girl rescued


Pathari (Morang), Aug 8: Nepal Police Eastern Regional Investigation Bureau, Biratnagar, has rescued a child from Pathari in Morang district today.
Deputy Superintendent of Police at the Bureau, Krishna Pangeni, said that police safely rescued the four-year-old girl Isparsha Agrawal, kidnapped four days ago from Bihar, India, while returning home from school. She is KG student at Katihari-based NBR School.
Police have also arrested two kidnappers. They are ex-drivers of the school. Police, however, have not revealed the name of the kidnappers. The child’s maternal uncle’s house is in Itahari and the kidnappers were dealing with child’s relatives for ransom after bringing her to Nepal.
Further investigation into the case was underway, said Pangeni. RSS
