Kathmandu, July 22: The dispute over the agenda of the discussions in the Parliament has been resolved with the major parties agreeing to hold discussions on the budget-related bills before the no-confidence proposal.
Before this, the parties were divided whether the no-confidence motion or passing the budget related bills should take precedence in the agenda of the parliament meeting with the no- confidence motion registered in the parliament against the government.
The top leaders of three political parties were agreed to hold deliberations on the budget- related bills before the discussions on no-confidence motion.
With the agreement, two kinds of bills would be introduced in the meeting under the single agenda.
After this, the meeting will take place at 4:30 pm today and will hold discussions on the agendas, said Deputy Prime Minister Bhim Rawal, one of the participants of the meeting.
Rawal added that the no-confidence bill will be discussed after finalizing the budget related bills today itself. RSS
